We want you to be happy with your tape. If something is wrong, here's how we'll fix it.
30-day return window
You may return unopened, unused rolls within 30 days of delivery (or pickup) for a full refund of the goods purchase price. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
Defective or damaged items
If a roll arrives defective (e.g. unwound, contaminated, or missing adhesive) or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ishtar@diani.ca with your order number and a photo. We will either replace the affected rolls or refund them in full at your choice — no return shipping required.
Buyer's remorse / wrong colour
If you simply changed your mind, you may return unopened rolls in resaleable condition within 30 days. The customer pays return shipping; the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. Once we receive and verify the rolls, we'll refund the goods price and applicable tax to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Bulk orders
Bulk orders (25+ rolls) follow the same policy. Partial returns are accepted; the bulk pricing tier is preserved on the rolls you keep as long as the kept-quantity still qualifies for that tier. Otherwise the original tier is recalculated and the difference is deducted from your refund.
Local pickup orders
Same return window. Bring the unopened rolls back to the pickup location by arrangement, or ship them back at your cost. Email ishtar@diani.ca first to confirm.
How to start a return
- Email ishtar@diani.ca with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions (address, packing slip).
- Ship the rolls back at your expense (or hand-deliver if local).
- Once received and verified, we issue the refund within 5 business days.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Stripe typically posts the refund to your card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
What we cannot refund
- Opened or partially used rolls (except in the case of a defect).
- Outbound shipping cost on buyer's-remorse returns.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
