Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dianihockeytape.ca (the “Site”) and any purchase of products listed on it. The Site is operated by Diani Canada Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, with its place of business in North York, Ontario.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Products

We sell hockey tape (waxed cotton cloth and PVC plastic, 25mm × 25m rolls) to customers in Canada. All products are described to the best of our knowledge. Colours and dimensions on screen may differ slightly from the physical product.

2. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable sales tax.
  • Bulk pricing applies automatically based on the total quantity in your cart at checkout.
  • Applicable Canadian sales tax (GST, HST, PST, QST as appropriate) is added at checkout based on your shipping destination, or on the place of supply for local pickup orders.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
  • An order is confirmed only when payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Inventory & availability

Products are sold subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is sold out between the time you place your order and the time we attempt to fulfill it, we will refund the affected line in full and notify you by email.

4. Shipping & pickup

  • Canada Post shipping is available with a minimum order of 3 rolls. Customer pays the carrier-quoted rate at checkout. Delivery times depend on Canada Post and your destination.
  • Local pickup is available for any quantity, free of charge, by arrangement in North York, Ontario. Pickup details are emailed after order.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the product is handed to Canada Post or, for pickup orders, when you collect it.

5. Returns & refunds

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, layout, graphics) is owned by Diani Canada Inc. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or republish Site content without written permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
